얌키는 Apple의 표준 사용자 라이선스 계약(EULA)에 따라 제공됩니다. 아래는 이 앱에 해당하는 내용을 덧붙인 것입니다.
얌키는 개인이 먹은 것을 기록하는 용도로 만든 앱입니다. 앱을 내려받은 본인의 기기에서 개인적으로 사용할 수 있습니다.
앱에 담은 사진과 기록은 전부 여러분의 것입니다. 기기에만 저장되며, 개발자는 그 내용에 접근하지 않고 어떤 권리도 주장하지 않습니다. 백업은 여러분의 책임입니다 — 앱이나 기기를 삭제하면 기록도 함께 사라집니다.
본인이 촬영했거나 사용할 권리가 있는 사진만 담아 주세요. 다른 사람이 알아볼 수 있는 사진을 공유할 때는 그 사람의 동의를 확인하는 것이 이용자의 책임입니다.
친구들과 메뉴를 정하는 기능은 Apple의 Game Center를 통해 동작하며 Apple의 약관이 함께 적용됩니다. 다른 참가자를 괴롭히거나 불쾌하게 하는 이름·내용을 쓰지 말아 주세요.
얌키는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 음식 추출 결과나 장소 추천이 항상 정확하다고 보장하지 않으며, 기록의 손실에 대해 개발자는 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다. 중요한 사진은 사진 보관함에 원본을 남겨 두세요.
기능이 바뀌면 이 약관도 갱신될 수 있습니다. 변경 사항은 이 페이지에 반영됩니다.

Yamki is provided under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. What follows adds the parts specific to this app.
Yamki is made for keeping a personal record of what you eat. You may use it personally, on the devices where you downloaded it.
The photos and entries you put in the app are yours. They stay on your device; the developer does not access them and claims no rights over them. Backups are your responsibility — deleting the app or the device deletes the records with it.
Only add photos you took or otherwise have the right to use. If you share an image in which someone is recognisable, confirming that they are comfortable with it is up to you.
Deciding a meal with friends runs through Apple's Game Center, and Apple's terms apply to it as well. Please do not use names or content meant to harass or upset other participants.
Yamki is provided as is. There is no guarantee that a cutout or a place suggestion will always be correct, and to the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for lost records. Keep the originals of important photos in your photo library.

自分で撮影した写真、または使用する権利がある写真だけを入れてください。人が特定できる画像を共有する場合、その方の了解を得るのは利用者の責任です。
友だちとメニューを決める機能はAppleのGame Centerを通じて動作し、Appleの規約も適用されます。他の参加者を困らせるような名前や内容は使わないでください。
ヤムキーは現状のまま提供されます。切り抜きの結果や店名の候補が常に正確であることを保証するものではなく、記録の消失について開発者は法律が許す範囲で責任を負いません。大切な写真は写真ライブラリに原本を残してください。
アプリの変更に伴い、本規約も更新されることがあります。変更は本ページに反映されます。
