NOIZ（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリ自体はアカウント登録を求めず、ユーザーのコンテンツをサーバーに保存しません。ただし、アプリの運営費用をまかなうため、Google AdMob による広告を表示しており、その範囲で広告に関するデータが収集されます。

1. デバイス上で扱うデータ

ユーザーがインポートした漫画ファイル、フォルダ構成、読書進捗、アプリ設定は、すべて端末内の Application Support ディレクトリにローカル保存されます。これらが当社のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

2. 広告（Google AdMob）

本アプリは Google AdMob を利用して広告を配信します。AdMob は広告の配信・測定・不正防止のために、次のようなデータを収集・処理することがあります。

• デバイスまたはその他の識別子（広告識別子 IDFA を含む）
• おおよその位置情報（IP アドレスから推定）
• 広告の表示・操作などの利用状況データ
• 診断・パフォーマンス情報

Google によるデータの取り扱いについては Google プライバシーポリシー および 広告に関する Google のポリシー をご確認ください。

3. トラッキングの許可（ATT）と同意

初回起動時に、App Tracking Transparency（ATT）による確認と、対象地域では同意フォーム（Google UMP）を表示します。

• 許可した場合：広告識別子（IDFA）を用いた、あなたの関心に基づくパーソナライズ広告が表示されます。
• 許可しない場合：引き続き広告は表示されますが、パーソナライズされない（コンテキストに基づく）広告になります。

この設定は、iOS の「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。

4. データの削除

本アプリをアンインストールすると、端末内のすべてのアプリデータが削除されます。アプリ内「設定 → ライブラリ初期化」からも、漫画・フォルダ・進捗をまとめて削除できます。広告識別子のリセットは iOS の設定から行えます。

5. 子どもの個人情報

本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。お子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

3. 추적 허용(ATT)과 동의

첫 실행 시 App Tracking Transparency(ATT) 확인과, 해당 지역에서는 동의 양식(Google UMP)이 표시됩니다.

• 허용한 경우: 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 이용한 관심 기반 맞춤 광고가 표시됩니다.
• 허용하지 않은 경우: 광고는 계속 표시되지만 맞춤형이 아닌(문맥 기반) 광고가 표시됩니다.

이 설정은 iOS의 "설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적"에서 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다.

4. 데이터 삭제

본 앱을 삭제(언인스톨)하면 기기 내 모든 앱 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다. 또한 앱 안의 "설정 → 라이브러리 초기화"에서 만화·폴더·진행률을 한 번에 삭제할 수 있습니다. 광고 식별자 재설정은 iOS 설정에서 할 수 있습니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

NOIZ ("the App") respects your privacy. The App requires no account and stores none of your content on a server. To cover running costs, however, it shows ads through Google AdMob, and advertising-related data is collected to that extent.

1. Data handled on the device

Comic files you import, folder structure, reading progress, and app settings are all stored locally inside the App's Application Support directory. None of this is transmitted to our servers.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to serve ads. To deliver, measure, and protect against fraud in advertising, AdMob may collect and process data such as:

• Device or other identifiers (including the advertising identifier, IDFA)
• Approximate location (inferred from IP address)
• Usage data such as ad impressions and interactions
• Diagnostics and performance information

3. Tracking permission (ATT) and consent

On first launch the App shows the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt and, in applicable regions, a consent form (Google UMP).

• If you allow tracking: personalized ads based on your interests are shown using the advertising identifier (IDFA).
• If you don't allow it: ads are still shown, but they are non-personalized (contextual) only.

You can change this any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. Deleting your data

Uninstalling the App removes all App data from the device. You can also wipe comics, folders, and progress at any time via Settings → Reset Library. The advertising identifier can be reset in iOS Settings.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
